Where do you deliver?
We deliver to over 350 suburbs across Melbourne. Click here to see whether your suburb is within our delivery zone. If you cannot see your suburb, email us at info@thecypriotkitchen.com and we'll do our best to help. If you place an online order and live outside of our delivery zone, your order will automatically be refunded.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver across Metro Melbourne every Saturday, unless stated otherwise. Orders will be delivered between 9am-3pm. We’ll send you an email the day before your order is scheduled to arrive with an approximate time of delivery. If you’d like your order to be delivered earlier in the week, email us at info@thecypriotkitchen.com and we'll do our best to help. Orders for Metro Melb close every Thursday at 3pm.
We deliver to the Mornington Peninsula monthly, on the first Saturday of each month. Orders will be delivered between 9am-3pm. We’ll send you an email the day before your order is scheduled to arrive with an approximate time of delivery.
Can I request delivery at a specific time?
Whilst we try our best to accommodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time. If no one is home, we’ll leave your order in a safe place. If you need your delivery to be prior to a certain time, please leave a comment in the 'notes' section at checkout and we'll do our best to make it happen!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $100.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery fees for Metro Melbourne range from $15-$25. The delivery fee is dependent upon your distance from our warehouse (e.g., 0-15km, 15-25km and +25km) and is automatically calculated at checkout. There is a $30 flat fee for deliveries to the Mornington Peninsula.
